I am in network with the major health insurance providers listed below as well as some additional providers under the Optum/United Healthcare and Aetna umbrellas.
Most health insurance plans provide coverage for mental health appointments. I am happy to support you with verifying your insurance coverage and determining whether there are any out-of-pocket fees associated with your specific health insurance plan (e.g., copays, coinsurance, deductibles). Please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call if you would like support with this.

I am happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement from health insurance providers that I am not in network with. Please check with your health insurance provider regarding your out-of-network coverage.
Sliding Scale
Sliding Scale
I offer options for sliding scale rates for clients with financial situations that would make it difficult to afford paying full rates for therapy. Sliding scale is not available to clients who wish to use their in-network health insurance coverage for billing, as rates for in-network health insurance claims are set by your insurance company.
